MIC認(rèn)證俗稱TELEC認(rèn)證，日本亞馬遜會稱為Giteki認(rèn)證，其中都是同一種認(rèn)證，只是叫法不同。TELEC認(rèn)證是電波法，帶藍(lán)牙/WIFI等無線的出口日本，必須做要做這個認(rèn)證才能出口。
TELEC認(rèn)證需要提交的資料：
(1)技術(shù)型號規(guī)格表(Technical Type Specification Form)
(2)質(zhì)量申明管理系統(tǒng)(Declaration of Quality Management System)
(3)質(zhì)量證書的控制批準(zhǔn)方法或者ISO9001證書(Letter of Quality Control Confirmation MethodorManufacturer's ISO 9001 C***ificate)
(4)結(jié)構(gòu)保護(hù)批準(zhǔn)證書(Letter of Construction Protection Confirmation)
(5)宣稱的額定功率(Rated Power Declaration)
(6)天線報告(Antenna Report)
(7)測試報告(Test Reports(including Test Results,Test Setup Photos and Examinations carried out))
(8)標(biāo)簽信息(Label Information(Label Location,Label content))
(9)委托書/授權(quán)書(Power of Attorney/Authorization Letter)
說明：所有遞交的文檔建議為日文文檔，英文文檔也可被接受。測試報告可以用當(dāng)?shù)販y試所用語言。
